CPO SE "Professional Procurement" published an announcement for the qualification selection for electricity suppliers. From now on, suppliers will be able to sell electricity directly through the catalog, as well as by participating in the quotations request for an amount of up to UAH 200,000.

How to Qualify for the "Electricity" Category?

To qualify in Prozorro Market and start selling products in the “Electricity” category, follow these steps:

1. Register on SmartTender.biz or log into your account if you are already registered as a supplier.
2. Open the ad "09310000-5 Electrical Energy".
3. Read the terms of the announcement carefully. Qualification in this category has several features, unlike other categories in the Prozorro Market.
4. Apply for qualification to the catalog.

What Requirements Are Specified in the Ad?

The announcement for the qualification selection in the "Electricity" category defines the main requirement – the presence of one completed (or one that has been completed for more than two months) agreement on the supply of electrical energy. To do this, you can provide a copy of a document confirming the full implementation (or performance within two months in a row) of a similar agreement. For example, a letter of recall from a counterparty or another document (an invoice, or an act of acceptance and transfer of goods, or another financial document).

Documents are provided as scanned copies of original documents saved in PDF or JPG format.

Please note that you do not need to submit a copy of the National Commission for State Regulation in the Spheres of Energy and Utilities license – the CPO will independently check whether you have such a license.
