The State Property Fund published in the Prozorro.Sale system five distilleries, which will be sold as part of the privatization of the alcohol industry. The facilities are located in different regions of Ukraine, and the total expected cost is UAH 141 million. We invite you to familiarize yourself with these lots.

Which Distilleries Were Put Up for Sale?

In the electronic trading system, you can apply for participation in auctions for the following lots:

1. Separate property of the Uzlovsky place of business and storage of alcohol in the Chervonogradsky district of the Lviv region. The starting price - 21,708,351 UAH. The auction is scheduled for February 25th. Read more.
2. Separate property of the Strutinsky place of business and storage of alcohol in the Zolochiv district of the Lviv region. Starting price - 31,338,684 UAH. The auction is scheduled for March 1st. Read more.
3. Separate property of the Marylivsky place of business and storage of alcohol in the Chortkivsky district of the Ternopil region. The lot includes 1,518 units of buildings, equipment, movable and other property. Starting price - 52,100,868 UAH. The auction is scheduled for February 28th. Read more.
4. Separate property of the Krasnoslobidsky place of business and storage of alcohol in the Makarivsky district of the Kyiv region. 5. Separate property of the Stadnitsky place of business and storage of alcohol in the Bilotserkivsky district of the Kyiv region. The Trostyanetsky distillery in the Vinnytsia region is also available for purchase. It was put up for auction again, with a starting price of UAH 22 million. The auction is scheduled for March 4th. Read more.

What Opportunities Does the Acquisition of a Distillery Open Up for Investors?

Currently, according to the legislation, only those persons who have acquired at least one object of the SE "Ukrspyrt" have the opportunity to legally produce alcohol in Ukraine. The privatization of assets will allow private investors to produce related products, from food alcohol to motor fuels.

Since the beginning of 2020, the State Property Fund has held 26 successful auctions for the privatization of alcohol assets for more than UAH 1.4 billion. In general, the state plans to implement 41 objects in this way.
