All government purchases and auctions, as well as a wide selection of commercial auctions, are available on our site. Depending on their type, the procedures are free of charge for the organizers or suppliers (participants) or have a clearly established price framework of the commission.
Organizers of public tenders can announce them without restrictions, but the cost of participation in Prozorro tenders depends on the budget specified by the customer. The smallest amount can be 20,40 hryvnias, and the largest– 4,080 hryvnias. Tariffs in Prozorro are the same for everyone, regardless of the site from which the user works in the system.
When selling goods at Prozoro Market, the supplier pays a commission in the amount of 1, 2 or 3% of the budget of the deal only after concluding it (during the martial law in Ukraine, this amount cannot exceed UAH 4,080). All other stages are free. The customer does not pay anything except the cost of the purchase itself.
Commercial buyers choose a tariff plan based on the needs of their own business. Its price is affected by the completeness of functionality, the number of company representatives who can work on the site, types of procedures, etc., but is not affected by the number of purchases that the company plans to make.
For suppliers, a free tariff for participation in commercial tenders is provided. Therefore, the participant can submit an unlimited number of tender proposals at no cost.
Our platform operates according to the Rules of Professional Conduct of the Operator of an Electronic Platform that is connected to the ETS for auctions. It guarantees that the generally defined tariffs of Prozorro Sale, which are a certain percentage of the expected amount of sale of the lot, apply to the participants. What percentage will be given depends on the cost and type of procedure.
Organizers announce auctions free of charge.
Realization of land plots is one of the most popular areas of work of ETS. As of 2021, the following tariff for participating in land auctions has been determined: the operator's fee is 5% of the amount equal to the rent for the year or the value of the object. The reward cannot be greater than the amount of the guarantee fee.
