To participate in any status in electronic trading (purchases), you must conclude an agreement with the operator of the electronic platform Smarttender.biz. To do this, you can take advantage of the Acceptance of the offer (acceptance of the terms of the contract of affiliation).

Carefully read the terms of the relevant contract:

Register at the site and receive an invoice for payment in the Personal Account or directly on the page of a specific lot (purchases).

Make a prepaid payment or a guarantee fee in accordance with the relevant agreement. Please note, when making a payment order in the column "Appointment of payment", you must indicate the name of the service, as indicated in the account, and its number. Payment for an account will mean that you have accepted the offer (accepted the terms of the relevant accession agreement).
