By selecting the Base Tariff Plan on Smart Procurement, 6 types of bidding become available to the user.

1. Open tender for procurement

- type of bidding: reductive (down bidding);
- openness of information: tender data is available to all users of the website;
- invitation: automatically sent to all bidders who are classified as suppliers of such products on SmartTender.biz;
- currency: selected by the customer;
- timing: determined by the customer;
- best price: the best (lowest) price for the lot(s) is displayed.

2. Tender for procurement with restricted access

- type of bidding: reductive (down bidding);
- openness of information: accessible only to a limited number of personally invited suppliers, who can see and submit their offers;
- data on the composition of the participants: confidential, not available to other users;
- currency: selected by the customer;
- timing: determined by the customer;
- best price: the best (lowest) price for the lot(s) is displayed.

3. Market monitoring for procurement

This type of tender serves as a tool for monitoring the market for prices and offers for goods, works or services:

- openness of the information: available to all website users and sent to all participants classified as suppliers of such products;
- conditions for participation: the supplier must register and successfully pass the accreditation procedure;
- currency: chosen by the supplier;
- the best price: it is not displayed on the website and is only available to the bidder in his/her personal cabinet;
- choosing the winner: the customer is not obliged to choose the winner.

4. Closed monitoring of the market for procurement

This type of tender serves as a tool for monitoring the market prices and offers for goods, works or services:

- openness of information: only users who are classified as suppliers of a given product have access to the tender data; other users cannot see this tender on the website;
- currency: chosen by the supplier;
- the best price: it is not displayed on the website and is only available to the tenderer in his/her personal cabinet;
- choosing the winner: the customer is not obliged to choose the winner.

5. Open tender for sale

- type of bidding: price increase bidding;
- openness of information: tender data is available to all users of the platform;
- invitation: automatically sent to all users who are classified as suppliers of such products;
- currency: chosen by the customer;
- the best price: the best (highest) price is displayed;
- choosing a winner: the customer is not obliged to choose a winner.

6. Tender for the sale on a restricted list

type of bidding: price increase bidding;

- openness of information: available to a limited number of personally invited suppliers;

- data on the composition of the participants: confidential, not available to other users;

- currency: chosen by the customer;

- best price: the best (highest) price is displayed;
- choosing a winner: the customer is not obliged to choose a winner.

This rate, according to the SmartTender.biz tariff schedule, includes 10 types of bidding. You will be able to use 6 types of bidding according to the "Base" tariff, and 4 additional types of bidding, which we will tell you about below. - best price: is not displayed on the website and is only available to the customer of the tender in the personal account;
- bidding result: only the ranking position of the bidder among other counterparties is displayed on the website.

9. Open bidding for a discount

- type of bidding: participants gradually increase the offered discount in percent;
- conditions for participation: all suppliers are eligible to participate;
- openness of information: available to all bidders, unless otherwise stipulated in the Regulations of the platform or by the customer;
- number of bids: unlimited, unless otherwise specified by the customer;
- timing: determined by the customer;
- choosing the winner: the contracting authority is not obliged to determine the winner and enter into an appropriate contract with them in relation to the subject matter of the tender.

10. Closed bidding for a discount

- type of bidding: participants gradually increase the offered discount in percent;
- conditions for participation: only those suppliers who have received a personal invitation from the customer; also all users who specialize in the subject matter of the tender are eligible to participate unless otherwise specified by the customer or the Regulations of the platform;
- invitations: can be sent to participants who qualify themselves on the platform as suppliers of this category of goods or services, or sent by the customer themselves;
- openness of information: available to all participants, unless otherwise stipulated in the Regulations of the platform or by the customer;
- number of bids: unlimited, unless otherwise specified by the customer;
- timing: determined by the customer;
- choosing the winner: the customer is not obliged to determine the winner and to conclude a corresponding contract with them regarding the subject matter of the tender.

The “Optimal” tariff is a comprehensive tariff with 13 different types of bidding available. It contains 10 types of bidding available in the "Standard" tariff and 3 additional types of bidding that expand the scope of procurement, namely:

- type of bidding: two bidding stages are envisaged:

- the first stage "Gathering of proposals": the customer monitors the market, receives proposals from participants and selects those who can move on to the next stage;
- second stage "Closed type reduction": selected bidders propose a reduction in the price of their bids.

- conditions for participation: provides for the eligibility of all suppliers to participate in e-bidding, and participants who are not admitted to the second stage are notified that they have been disqualified by the customer;
- openness of information: available to all users of the website;
- number of bids: unlimited, unless otherwise specified by the customer;
- currency: chosen by the customer;
- best price: is not displayed on the website and is only available to the customer in the personal account;
- result of bidding: information about the results of the bidding stages is distributed automatically to the bidders.

12. Open multi-stage sales tender

- type of bidding: two bidding stages are envisaged:

- the first stage "Gathering of proposals": the customer monitors the market, receives proposals from bidders and selects those who can move on to the next stage;
- second stage "Auction": a gradual increase in the bid price by the bidders admitted by the customer after the first stage;

- conditions for participation: provides for the eligibility of all suppliers to participate in electronic bidding, but only those suppliers who have been admitted to the second stage participate in it;
- openness of information: available to all users of the website;
- currency: chosen by the customer of the bidding;
- best price: not displayed on the website and only available to the customer in the personal account;
- result of bidding: information about the results of the bidding stages is distributed automatically to bidders.

13. Closed multi-stage sales tender

- type of bidding: two bidding stages are envisaged:

- the first stage "Gathering of proposals": participants submit proposals, the customer analyses the market and determines who will participate in the next stage;
- second stage "Auction": gradual increase in the bid price by the bidders selected by the customer;

- conditions for participation: only those bidders personally invited by the customer are eligible to participate, and only those suppliers who have been admitted to the second stage participate in it;
- openness of information: available to all users of the website;
- currency: chosen by the customer of the bidding;
- best price: not displayed on the website and only available to the customer in the personal account;
- result of bidding: information about the results of the bidding stages is distributed automatically to the bidders.

Types of Commercial Bidding

“Professional” Tariff / “Corporate” Tariff

If a company wants to automate the entire procurement process, these tariffs should be considered. With the “Professional” tariff, the customer will be able to collect purchase requisitions in the system, form procurement plans and carry them out. For full automation, the customer should use the “Corporate” tariff, which allows them to generate documents after tendering, sign contracts and integrate Smart Procurement with their internal systems.

Each of these tariffs includes 15 types of bidding, which consist of 13 main types, according to the "Optimal" tariff, and 2 additional types. A description of the additional types can be found below:

- type of bidding: two bidding stages are envisaged:

- first stage "Gathering of proposals": bidders submit bids, the customer analyses the market and determines who will participate in the next stage;
- second stage "Closed Type Reduction": the bidders selected by the customer will gradually reduce the bid price;

- conditions for participation: only those bidders personally invited by the customer are eligible to bid, and the second stage is open to suppliers who have been admitted (those who have not been admitted are notified that they have been disqualified by the customer);
- openness of information: available to all users of the website;
- currency: chosen by the customer of the bidding;
- best price: it is not displayed on the website and is only available for the customer in the private office;
- result of bidding: information about the results of the bidding stages is distributed automatically to the bidders.

15. Market monitoring for sale

This type of tender serves as a tool to monitor the market for prices and offers for goods, works or services:

- openness of the information: it is available to all users of the site and is sent to users who are classified as suppliers of given products on SmartTender.biz;
- terms and conditions of participation: supplier has to register and go through an accreditation procedure;
- currency: chosen by the supplier;
- the best price: it is not displayed on the website and is only available to the customer in the personal account;
- choice of the winner: the customer does not have to choose the winner.
