To participate in the auction for the lease of state property, individuals and legal entities, as well as sole proprietors, must provide a certain package of documents as part of the price offer. In this article, we will tell you what documents you need.

How to Participate in a Rental Auction?

To participate in the state auction, you need to register as a "Participant" at SmartTender.biz – an accredited platform of the Prozorro.Sale system. All current lots are available in the Rent section. If you want to renew the lease and apply for the object, go to the Registry section.

For individuals, sole proprietorship, and legal entities participating in lease auctions, a different set of documents is provided:

Required Documents for Individuals

Individuals will need the following documents:

Application for participation in the electronic auction. The application template will be sent to your email after you generate invoices for the payment of the guarantee and registration fees. The application can be filled out by the template and, if necessary, corrected.
Receipts for payment of the guarantee fee and registration fee. They can be presented in the form of a scanned copy of a paper receipt or payment order. You can also take a screenshot from the client bank, which shows the receipt.

Certified copy of the passport.

Required Documents for a Sole Proprietorship

Individual entrepreneurs will need to provide the following documents:

Application for participation in the electronic auction. The application template will be sent to your email after you generate invoices for the payment of the guarantee and registration fees. The application can be filled out by the template and, if necessary, corrected.
Receipts for payment of the guarantee fee and registration fee. They can be presented in the form of a scanned copy of a paper receipt or payment order. You can also take a screenshot from the client bank, which shows the receipt.

Excerpt from the Unified State Register. It can be ordered on the website of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine or Center for Administrative Services. The law does not stipulate any requirements for the validity of this document, but we advise you to use an excerpt no older than 90 days.

Please note! To participate in the auction, it is the Excerpt, not the Extract, that is required.

A legal entity submits the following documents:

Please note that the documents you upload to the system will be available for viewing to all Prozorro.Sale users. It is impossible to remove them from the system.

Also, for successful participation, it is important to pay the registration and guarantee fees to the site's account in advance. They must be credited at least 1 hour before the deadline for accepting proposals (usually it lasts until 7:00 pm on a system-defined date).
