If a supplier during the auction reduces his previous price by more than 30% at a time, the system displays a warning "You are going to significantly reduce your bid by XX%. Are you sure?" This message is necessary to prevent a mechanical error in writing the price – this is especially important when the purchase price is in the millions or billions of hryvnia, and it is very easy to make a mistake in the number of figures. But many participants decide that this is how the system blocks their bet and do not make the move with the desired price.

The Winner Does Not Have Time to Provide a Certificate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs

After winning the auction, the participant must provide the customer with documents, which confirm the absence of grounds for rejecting his proposal. In particular, certificates issued by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the State Fiscal Service. He has 10 calendar days for this.

Unfortunately, some winners start preparing such certificates too late. Obtaining a State Fiscal Service certificate can take up to 5 working days, but a certificate from the Ministry of Internal Affairs, if you order it personally, will have to wait up to 30 days.
