Offer Not Signed by QES

According to the rules of open tenders, when submitting a tender proposal, the supplier must sign it with his electronic signature. Unfortunately, often participants forget about this requirement and submit an offer without the imposed QES. In response to this, the customer is obliged to reject their proposal due to its non-compliance with the terms of the tender.

Please note that today customers may require an additional electronic signature of certain documents of the tender proposal. Recall that the possibility of imposing the QES on individual electronic documents has already been implemented on the SmartTender.biz.

Incorrect Documents in the Tender Proposal

Uploading documents to the system is one of the stages of submitting a tender proposal. Suppliers often do not check which documents they have uploaded or do not upload them in full. Unfortunately, it costs them to participate in the procurement: due to the absence of non-compliance of at least one document with the terms of the tender documentation, the customer is obliged to disqualify the participant.

We advise to check the availability of all documents required by the customer at the stage of submitting a tender proposal. This way, you can upload or replace the files you need if necessary.
