Price Offer Submission Without Preliminary Analysis of Competitors' Prices

Some suppliers indicate the price as close as possible to the starting price when submitting their offer to the tender, and this can reduce their chances of winning. In some cases, such a step is part of a deliberate strategy for participating in the procurement, but this is usually the case with participants who have not previously analyzed the situation.

Prozorro Suppliers` Mistakes

Please note, according to the rules of the Prozorro auction, the bidder who offered the lowest price at the submitting bids stage, makes his bid last during all bidding rounds. He occupies the most advantageous position during the auction, as until the latter he can observe the downward trend in prices and take a decisive step at the end of the third round.

Failure to Comply with the Requirements of Tender Documents

Suppliers often do not pay attention to some of the requirements specified by the customer in the terms of the tender documents. For example, it may be a requirement to upload files of only a specified format or to submit certain information exclusively in the form of a document drawn up in a template form. If the customer specified these requirements, their non-fulfillment will become a reason for rejection of suppliers' proposals.

That is why we advise you to carefully read the tender documents before submitting your proposal and comply with the conditions specified therein.
