2. The procedure for conducting open tenders with special features: changed deadlines, the possibility of submitting tenders above the expected value, updated 24 hours to eliminate inconsistencies.
3. Changes in the confirmation of the absence of grounds under Art. 17 of the Law for the participant and the winner.
4. Changes in the grounds for rejecting a tender offer.
5. Changes in terms of appeal to AMCU.
