60 Minutes About Authorized Persons from KSE and Prozorro

On September 16, the team of the SmartTender.biz, together with Prozorro and the Centre of Excellence in Procurement of the Kyiv School of Economics, held an online event for government organizers “60 minutes about authorized persons from KSE and Prozorro”.

What Did We Talk About at the Online Event?

During the event, speakers spoke with the following topics:

1. Olha Tereshchenko, head of the CEP KSE, explained how to prepare for testing and what other stages the procedure for switching to authorized persons consists of. Olha also spoke about the professionalization in the field of public procurement and the current trend towards the introduction of authorized persons in public institutions.
2. Andrii Baryshpol, project manager for Prozorro digital transformation, spoke about the technical component and the basic principles of testing, and also demonstrated the environment in which authorized persons will take the exam.

In the third part of the online event, speakers answered frequently asked questions from state customers regarding future testing.
