TOP-5 Most Expensive Lots in the First Half of 2021

The most expensive lots in the first half of 2021 were the following:

1. Separate property of the State Institution "Lviv Correctional Colony (No. 48)" (UA-PS-2021-05-08-000010-2) with a starting value of UAH 132.67 million and a final cost of UAH 377.5 million.
2. The single property complex of the state enterprise "Dunaevetsky Combine of Bread Products" (UA-PS-2021-04-09-000027-2) with a starting value of UAH 187.64 million and a final cost of UAH 227.09 million.
3. Separate property of the Dubovyazovsky place of operation and storage of alcohol of the State Enterprise "Ukrspyrt" (UA-PS-2021-02-12-000028-2) with a starting value of UAH 33.8 million and a final cost of UAH 108 million.
4. Separate property of the Ivankivske place of operation and storage of alcohol of the State Enterprise "Ukrspyrt" (UA-PS-2021-04-22-000044-2) with a starting cost of UAH 20.37 million and a final cost of UAH 90 million.
5. Separate property – administrative building letter A (UA-PS-2021-01-17-000007-2) with a starting cost of UAH 73.48 million and a final cost of UAH 90 million.

The record-breaking lot, the price of which during the auction increased by UAH 244.82 million (285%), was the separate property of the State Institution “Lviv Correctional Colony (No. 48)”, which was sold as part of small-scale privatization.
