Any branch in the state is a part that provides continuous operation of the whole mechanism, but the fuel and energy sphere occupies a special place. The Ukrainian energy market in 2018 has been replenished by two new players. It is the National Coal Company and the Independent Apparatus of the Ukrainian Gas Transit System, which direct their activities to supply natural gas and control the state of gas pipelines. Meanwhile, the "main" ministry concentrates all its forces on improving its procurement system and preparing for even more heavy load. As a result, Ukraine's energy sector continues to evolve towards transparency.
