To place your goods, follow these steps:

1. Register on the SmartTender.biz

Only registered users can sell goods in Prozorro Market using SmartTender.biz tools. If you have already registered as a Prozorro procurement participant, you do not need to go through the registration procedure again. You can work from your account.

Otherwise, you need to go through a short registration using the instructions. At the second step of registration, select the "Participant" role (Fig. 1).

2. Qualify for the Catalog

Qualification in Prozorro Market follows the following scheme:

1. The Centralized Procurement Organization (CPO) publishes a selection announcement in the electronic catalog to inform which category of goods new sellers can qualify for.
2. Suppliers apply for qualification through the electronic platform where they are registered.
3. CPO considers the application and decides on joining the supplier to the catalog.

So, to qualify for a directory, you need to follow these steps:

1. Find an ad in your product group in the "Prozorro Market Qualification" section. Search by keywords, CPV code, name of CPO, etc. (Fig. 2).

2. Read the terms of the announcement: what documents you need to provide to qualify for this category (Fig. 3).

3. Prepare the necessary list of documents, according to the requirements of the announcement. Remember that due to the absence of at least one document, you will be denied the qualification.

4. Submit your application for qualification along with a package of required documents. Do not forget to sign it with your electronic signature.

The catalog administrator (CPO) will consider your application and publish a decision on admitting or not admitting you to work in the catalog within 10 working days. The notification will go to your email. If your application is rejected, an explanation will be provided in the letter for what reason this happened. If you wish, you can re-apply for qualification an unlimited number of times.

3. Add Your Offers to the Catalog

Once you have qualified, you can submit your products to the electronic catalog. To do this, follow these steps:

1. In your account, go to the “Prozorro Market. Offers” (Fig. 4).

2. Click the button "Add an offer" (Fig. 5).

3. Fill in all the fields of the form for adding an item to Prozorro Market (Fig. 6).

4. Click the "Save" button.
