Participant of Prozorro.Sale Auctions

This role will suit you if you are looking for real estate or movable property at a good price for personal purposes or to develop your business. On SmartTender.biz, you can buy or rent at a price, usually lower than the market, the following property: office premises, buildings, warehouses, production shops, land plots, vehicles, wagons, mining permits, jewelry, illiquid and much more.

 

You will be able to learn how to participate in Prozorro Sale auctions using the training materials of the SmartTender Academy.

 

Customer of the Prozorro.Sale Auctions

Select this role in the following cases:

1. 1. If you work for a government agency and plan to announce on the site auctions for the sale or lease of property (real estate, vehicles, land, etc.) or auctions for the rights of subtraction.
   2. If you are a private or public executor for the sale of property.

 

Please note that in order to conduct auctions within the framework of small-scale privatization or the sale of bankrupt property, you must select a different role: “Privatization body” or “Customer of the sale of bankrupt property auctions”, respectively.
