From February 1, government customers will receive a convenient alternative to simplified procurement – a quotation request procedure. Thanks to this tool, the customer will be able to buy goods worth more than UAH 50,000 without the need to announce a tender and further reading the bidders' proposals. This will save authorized persons and tender committees a great deal of time and effort.

On December 15, 2020, the procedure for qualifying suppliers in the electronic catalog has changed. All entrepreneurs who already work in the marketplace must undergo retraining, and those who have not worked in it so far must qualify for the catalog.

Also on December 15, the tariffs for using the catalog have changed: from now on, suppliers pay 1% commission on the transaction amount if the purchase price is more than UAH 200,000, 2% – if the purchase price is more than UAH 50,000 and less than UAH 200,000, and 3% – if the purchase price is up to UAH 50,000.

2. Suppliers apply to qualification and the required package of documents. The application is submitted through an electronic platform where entrepreneurs are registered. The list of required documents is available here.
3. The administrator (CPO) reviews the application and decides on joining the supplier to the catalog.
