How Is Your Work at Prozorro Organized?

AS Limited Liability Company was established in 2002 and is engaged in the supply of natural gas and electricity to various categories of consumers in Ukraine. We sell energy resources to enterprises and institutions of state and municipal property, as well as to local governments. The company has been working in the Prozorro system since 2016 – this allows us to expand our sales markets and conclude contracts both short-term, for a year, and long-term, for three years, depending on the type of procurement procedure.

At the beginning of our work, only two employees were engaged in procurement in the electronic bidding system. Today, these are two full-fledged departments in the areas of "Electricity" and "Natural Gas", consisting of specialists from different professions: lawyers, accountants, and economists.

As for the level of income from public procurement, in 2020, we signed 195 contracts with government customers, which is 30% more than in 2019. In total, during its work at Prozorro, our company has signed more than 1,000 contracts for the supply of gas and electricity with various consumers and remains among the leading suppliers of our industry.

How Is the Seasonality of Your Company Distributed?

AS LLC specializes in the supply of energy resources to end consumers, 98% of which are enterprises and institutions of the public sector. Seasonality is determined by the period announced by these consumers – it is indicated in the ads for the purchase of energy in Prozorro for the next heating season. Accordingly, the active procurement period falls on the period from October to March. During the off-season, when the main contracts for the supply of gas and electricity have already been signed, we analyze the purchases to prepare plans and decisions for the next season.

What Are the Criteria for Choosing Organizers?

Before choosing an organizer, we must make sure that the supplied under the contract goods will be paid for.
