Updated Design

Smart Procurement is designed to be intuitive not only for experienced purchasers but also for newcomers setting up their tenders for the first time. The tools and format of the tender page greatly simplify the work of the organizers with a small number of tenders and corporations-customers with a significant volume of purchases.

Smart Procurement also contains an "Orders" section that allows the purchasing manager to quickly accept orders from other departments and form a company's purchasing plan.

“Procurement Plan” Module

The “Procurement Plan” module allows you to plan a company's procurement in the Smart Procurement space. Here you can find purchase requisitions that are already automatically consolidated by purchasing group and delivery period. You can create a tender immediately from the procurement plan.

Scheduling the Publication of the Tender

Using this functionality, the organizer can create a tender, save it as a draft and indicate the publication date. The tender will be automatically published on the specified date.

Checking Counterparties Through YouControl and Opendatabot Services

The customer can check, using standard YouControl and Opendatabot reports, any supplier that has taken part in its tenders. The tool also allows customers to mark suppliers recommended for cooperation (only representatives of the company on behalf of which the customer is working can see the marks).

New Type of Procedures: Tender for the Amount of Discount

In this type of auction, participants can bargain not only for the best price but also for the size of the discount, as electricity and gas suppliers often do. Since the discount percentage cannot be the only field for bidding, the customer sets a calculated score according to their technical task to increase competition.

New Type of Procedures: Multi-Stage Tender

The tender formation, open market analysis, retraining/admission of participants to the auction, and holding a closed auction – all these stages are available in a new type of bidding – a multi-stage tender for sale.

The new Smart Procurement office is already available to all commercial customers registered on SmartTender.biz. It's easy to get to it – just click the "Manage tenders (New)" button.

Next, you need to enter the username and password used to enter the old account. Your new account will open on the screen.

We recommend that you test the updated version of your account now. After testing, you will be automatically connected to the Smart Procurement entry, so you can go directly to the new account and save time.

Please note that all of the above and future improvements will be available only in the new account. The old office of commercial customers will remain in the same form as it is now.
