This week, small privatization offers us a kaleidoscope of non-residential premises in different parts of Ukraine. But the main novelty of the auction was the original and high-tech advertising offer from one of the metropolitan shopping and entertainment centers.

The Lot in the Capital from the World of High Technology and Advertising

The first sentence of our weekly digest of small privatization — co-branding of Laser IMAX halls in the “LAVINA” shopping and entertainment center. Only for UAH 10,000,000.00 with VAT is proposed to place the logo of the partner brand in the following channels:

iMax website;
mobile app;
commercials on the big screen and plasmas in the cinema hall;
advertising on tickets and lightboxes;
sign on the facade of the shopping center "LAVINA".

Two Lots at One Address in Lviv

This time the Communal Property Direction of the Economic Development Department of the Lviv City Council for the first time offers two attractive small-scale privatization objects, which are located at the same address.

The first object is non-residential premises with a total area of 249.8 m², divided by partitions into 12 separate rooms::

toilet;
pantry;
non-residential area;
corridors.

The starting price of the lot is UAH 3,956,460.00 including VAT.

The second object is a non-residential premise on the ground floor with a total area of 68.0 m², provided with a common entrance from the entrance (up to the stairs to the common corridor). The price tag of this lot will start from UAH 1,063,068.00 including VAT.

Both objects are located at Lviv, St. Zustrichna, 1. The house is a local architectural monument, designed by the Bureau of Michal Ulam. Reception of proposals for both lots ends on the evening of 04/04/2019.

Non-residential Premises in the Dnieper

The next lot of our digest is a real find for entrepreneurs wishing to open a large auto repair shop. The non-residential premises with a total area of 4563.3 m² in the Dnieper is re-put up for auction as part of small privatization. The facility includes the following premises and buildings:

administrative building with a checkpoint;
basement;
canopy;
household housing;
checkpoint;
garages and workshops;
workshops for cars;
control and measuring shop;
workshops for trucks;
workshops for heavy machinery;
economic warehouse;
car wash.

The premises are electrified and connected to the local central heating system. The lot is located at the address: Dnipro, ul. Basic, 4. The initial price of the object is UAH 12 699 663.60 with VAT. Acceptance of applications for participation in the auction is carried out only until the end of the working day 10.04.2019.

Manufacturing Enterprise in Kharkov

Kharkiv have a good opportunity to purchase a very promising lot — State Enterprise "Ukrainian State Institute for the Design of Heavy Machinery Plants". The single property complex is being auctioned for the first time and includes:

the garage of special vehicles (1978 p.) – 217.7 m²;
warehouse for metal (1996 p.) – 153.4 m²;
shed (1997 rub.) – 46.1 m²;
non-residential premises of the production building (1963) – 4906.9 m²;
vehicles (2 units), equipment, machinery, inventory.

Approximate land area is 0.4584 ha. The location of the object is Kharkiv, Moskovsky Ave, 151. The price will start from UAH 5,916,000.00, excluding VAT. Applications for participation in the auction are accepted until 04/18/2019.

Former Infectious Diseases Hospital in Uman

The complex of buildings and structures, which consists of a two-story main building with a basement and an extension, as well as nine serving one-story buildings should interest entrepreneurs of the Cherkassy region. Area of premises:

the main building with an extension of 558.1 m²;
service buildings – 475.2 m².

The land area is 0.3877 ha. The initial price is only 3,659,310.30 UAH without VAT. The object is put up for auction for the first time and is located at Uman, ul. Stara Prorizna, 4. Call for applications will end on 04/18/2019.

A Little More Non-Residential Area for Residents of the Capital

The attention of Kiev residents is, of course, an expensive but attractive lot – a property complex with a total area of 4301.5 m². Particularly interesting is the location of the object because it is located at Kyiv, St. Glybochytska, 40. This explains the large price tag from which to start trading – UAH 201 407 712.73 with VAT.

The organizer of the auction warns that there are certain disagreements in the documentation for the object, therefore the procedure for their solution is established by the conditions of the tender separately. The lot is put up for sale in the system for the first time. You can submit an application until 04/09/2019.
