Untarnished Reputation: Changes to Procurement Procedures During Martial Law and Sanctions as a Tool to Counter Unscrupulous Bidders

A webinar for bidders and organizers of public procurement was held on 10 March by experts of the YouControl analytical system and SmartTender.biz. The purpose of the webinar was to show how the martial law in Ukraine affects the procedures and requirements for public procurement of goods, works and services. The webinar covered in detail the current changes in procurement procedures, and provided participants with tips, methods and tools for avoiding legal problems.
