While working with the SmartTender.biz electronic trading platform, you may need to recover your personal account password. You can do this by following the simple instructions from this manual.
Site users usually need to change their password for the following reasons:
In each of these situations, you can regain access to your personal account and continue working on SmartTender.biz.
Two password recovery methods are available on the site:
On the site page, click the "Login" button (Fig. 1).

The Smart ID authorization page will open on the screen. Click on the inscription "Forgot password" (Fig. 2).

Enter your login, which you use for authorization on the site, and click the "Restore" button (Fig. 3).

Please note! If you do not remember your login, try to recover your password in an alternative way or use the instructions "How to view the password of the SmartTender account in the browser". Otherwise, register on the site again using the registration instructions.
If your login is registered in the system, the system will send a password recovery letter to the e-mail address associated with it. A corresponding message will appear on the screen (Fig. 4).

If a message appears on the screen, as in Fig. 5, check the correct spelling of the login and make sure that it is the one you used for authorization.

In the e-mail, open the Smart ID password recovery letter (note that the sender's name is Smart ID) (Fig. 6).

In the letter, click the "Restore password" button (Fig. 7).

A password recovery form will open on the screen. Enter the new password in the two fields and click the "Restore" button (Fig. 8).

On the site page, click the "Login" button (Fig. 9).

The Smart ID authorization page will open on the screen. Click the "Forgot password" (Fig. 10).

Press the "QES/AES" button (Fig. 11).

On the page that opens, attach your key file by selecting it on your computer and enter the password of the key. At the end, press the "Next" button (Fig. 12).

If the system recognizes your QES/AES, the password recovery form will open on the screen. Enter the new password in the two fields and click the "Save" button (Fig. 13).
