Block "Total stats"
This block contains information on lots, participants, and price reductions:
-
- Published lots – the number of published lots in all statuses. Since lots in multi-lots are taken into account separately, and there are also lotless purchases, the total number of purchases in the statistics may be more than expected.
- Completed lots – the number of archived lots in the "Completed" status.
- Canceled lots.
- Lots not occurred.
- Average quantity of participants – in completed lots.
- Percentage of disqualifications – the ratio of the total number of lots that had at least one disqualification to the total number of published lots. Calculated if pre-qualification/qualification is completed.
- Average price reduction – the total price reduction divided by the number of lots. The price reduction is calculated as follows: (1 – (budget – winner's price)/budget)*100%. Calculated only on successful lots.
Block "Similar purchases by the organizer"
Here you can view data on similar organizer’s purchases, in particular:
-
- general information;
- the number of suppliers that participated in the tender;
- name of the winner;
- the expected number of units of the product and the expected price per unit (if the customer specified them);
- the opening and closing bid of the winner and the percentage by which it is lower than the expected value.
Block "Competitor analysis"
Here is a list of your potential competitors in similar tenders with information about the success of their participation:
-
- Name of the company.
- Participated – the number of similar tenders to which the company submitted its offer.
- % of wins – in what part of purchases the supplier won.
- % of disqualifications – in what part of purchases the supplier was disqualified.
- Price drop – the average reduction in the size of the price offered by this supplier.
- Sum of wins – a monetary amount equal to the total value of purchases won by the supplier.
