"Reports" Service

The "Reports" service allows each user of the SmartTender.biz to find out the following information at any time:

• • view data on purchases in which the user participated;

  • get a list of purchases according to its type of activity for the selected period;

  • check payments for participation in tenders.

 

To use the "Reports" service, you just need to use our simple instructions:

 

Step # 1 – Authorization on the SmartTender

Only users authorized on the SmartTender platform can use the "Reports" service. Login to SmartTender.biz. To do this, click the "Login" button in the upper right corner of the page. Enter your data in the form and click the "Login" button (Fig. 1) or select "Authorize via QES/AES" or "Authorize via EHealth".

If you don't have an account, you can create one by following our simple instructions on how to register with Prozorro.

 

Step # 2 – Go to the "Reports" Service

Go to your account on SmartTender.biz. To do this, click on the circle with your initials in the upper right corner of the page and select "Personal account" (Fig. 2).

Select the "Reports" section in your personal account (Fig. 3).

You will see a page with a list of reports available for generating.

 

If you wish, you can change the type of display (table or list) on the page, as well as display only the reports added to "Favorites" (Fig. 4).

To add a report to "Favorites", click on the star next to its name (Fig. 5).

Step # 3 – Generating the Selected Report

To generate the selected report, click on its name (Fig. 6).

If several types of trades are available for the selected report, select a type from the drop-down list (Fig. 7).

Specify the desired date range (it may differ for different reports) and click the "Generate report" button (Fig. 8).

As soon as the report is generated, it will be automatically downloaded to the device in the form of an Excel file (Fig. 9).

Reports Types

The following reports are available immediately after registration in your personal account:

 

     1. Published tenders (according to my subscription)

Here you can see detailed information about all purchases that correspond to your subscription settings for a certain period, and links to them. This report can be obtained separately for each type of trading and can be plotted in a maximum of 1 week.

 

     2. Favorite tenders

This document allows you to see the tenders that you have marked as favorites.

 

     3. Lost profit

Here are displayed those trades in which you did not take part, and therefore you might have missed something useful. This report can be generated in a maximum of 3 months.

 

     4. Report about the participation in the auction

This document is generated if you have already taken part in the trades. They will be shown in it along with the results of your participation and the status of the auction. The report can be obtained for each type of trading separately and generated in a maximum of 1 week.

 

     5. Financial report on payment

Here you will see the following information:

• • • detailing your payments for participation in purchases;

    • the purpose of each payment and its date;

    • your account balance.

 

     6. Noncompetitive procedures

This document provides information on participation in negotiation procedures with all the data on the procedure:

• • • date;

    • tender number;

    • information about the organizing institution;

    • information about the winner;

    • your price, etc.

 

     7. Noncompetitive procedures. Lost profit

Here you can receive information about published negotiation procedures that were suitable for your type of activity, but you did not participate in them. This report can be generated in a maximum of 1 week.

 

     8. Published purchase plans

Here you can see all procurement plans published by customers in Prozorro for the required period. This report can be generated in a maximum of a week.

 

     9. Published purchasing plans (by my subscription)

Thanks to this report, you get information about all procurement plans published in Prozorro for the required period according to your subscription settings. This report can be generated in a maximum of a month.

 

     10. Participation in Prozorro Market

You can get this document if you are a Prozorro Market supplier and are qualified for a certain group of goods. It contains details of purchases made in electronic catalogs using the SmartTender.biz, in which you participated during the selected period.

 

     11. Financial Report on Prozorro Market

If you are a Prozorro Market supplier and already have agreements concluded using the electronic catalog, you can generate this report. The document contains information on the size of the SmartTender commission, which is calculated depending on the amount of the concluded purchase agreement in Prozorro Market.

 

Other Reports

In addition to those listed, you can individually plug other types of reports. For example, those related to the sale of scrap metal, electricity, minerals and fuel, work in the Prozorro Market, etc.
