Prozorro Trading Participant Identification

Our platform provides for mandatory identification of suppliers in public procurements of Prozorro. We have prepared for you this simple instruction that will help you easily pass data verification (personal or about your company) in the most convenient way.

How to identify on SmartTender

There are two different ways to identify participants in government procurement auctions:

1. Using QES/AES.
2. Payment from company account.

You can choose the option that is more convenient for you, the result will be the same. However, it should be remembered that to submit an offer in a state tender, you must make a payment acording to the Prozorro fees. Also, for identification, you will need to wait for your account to receive accreditation. It is carried out automatically, about this you will receive a letter to your email.

What is an QES/AES

QES/AES is qualified electronic signature/advanced electronic signature. With it, you can verify the fact of signing and the integrity of electronic documents. Legislation endows digital signatures with all the features of an ordinary handwritten signature.

Method No. 1: Identification by QES/AES

Go to the company profile. To do this, click on your initials in the upper right corner of the page and select "Personal account" from the drop-down menu (Fig. 1).

Your personal account will open on the screen. Click "Personal data" — "Company profile" (Fig. 2).

On the company profile page, you will see a message that the company has not been identified. To start the identification process in the system, press the "Sign QES/AES" button (Fig. 3).

On the modal window (Fig. 4), select the type of key, download the signature file and enter the password. In the end, click "Sign".

Method No. 2: Identification by Payment

In addition to imposing an QES/AES, you can identify yourself as a supplier by making payments from the company's current account. You can do this from your personal account by selecting the item "Top up balance" in the "Balance" tab.

In the field “Amount to be paid” write the desired payment amount excluding VAT, select the option “Generate an invoice for payment” and click the “Next” button.

After that, you will see a message stating that the account has been generated and sent to your e-mail. It can also be downloaded from the same page by clicking on the link “Invoice for payment of participation.pdf”.

After payment is received and funds are credited to your account, the company profile will receive the “Identified” status. You can proceed to the search for state tenders, submit proposals and win!
