An MIA certificate is a certificate of no criminal record issued by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. This certificate is one of the most important documents that must be provided by the winner of a state tender to agree with the customer.
On the SmartTender electronic trading platform, there is a service for urgent production of an MIA certificate for individuals. Each user of the site has the opportunity to get a certificate within a short time (the registration procedure lasts from several hours to two working days).
You can order an MIA certificate in one of two ways:
in the user's account;
on the detailed information page for the selected public procurement.
Read more in the instructions below.
The cost of ordering an MIA certificate is 360 UAH. The payment is debited from your balance account on the SmartTender platform automatically immediately after the application is submitted, so you must have an amount not less than the specified one.
To top up your balance, use our instructions on how to top up your balance.
To order an MIA certificate, log into your account at the SmartTender site.
Enter the data in the form and click the "To come in" button (Fig. 1).
