Step #1 – choosing the type of legal aid

You can order a free legal consultation directly on the page of the tender you have chosen on our site. To do this, press the "Legal assistance" button (Fig. 1).

In the drop-down menu, select the item "Free legal consultation" (Fig. 2).

Step #2 – filling out the form

In the registration form for a free legal consultation (Fig. 3), be sure to enter your name and phone number (if you are registered on the SmartTender.biz site, your profile data will be used). Also, fill in the concise content of the question (up to 254 characters) - so the legal advisor can quickly navigate the situation and offer the most effective solution.

In the end, click the "Order legal consultation" button.

 

If all the fields have been filled in, you will see a message that the application has been accepted (Fig. 4).

How to Order Legal Support from SmartTender?

After that, you will automatically go to the application registration page, where you will need to fill out the form.

 

Another way to get to this page is to click on the icon next to your initials in the upper right corner and select “Legal Support” from the drop-down menu (Fig. 7).

On the legal support page, click the "Order support" button (Fig. 8).

In the application registration form, fill in the following data (Fig. 9):

• • the direction of application (type of service you want to receive);
  • name;
  • contact phone number;
  • e-mail address;
  • USREOU code of your enterprise;
  • the number of the procurement in which you need support (by default, it corresponds to the tender from which you went to the form) – optional;
  • additional information - optional.

 

In the end, click the "Send" button.

After that, you will see a notification that your request has been successfully sent (Fig. 10).
