Also, the users can add themselves to the company's profile, using the "Adding a new user to an already registered company" instruction, if they have a QES/AES of a company that has not yet been registered on SmartTender.biz. But this method is more time-consuming.
If you are not authorized on the site, click the "Login" button in the upper right corner. On the page that opens, enter your login and password and click the "Login" button (Fig. 1).

In the upper right corner, click on the circle with your initials and select "Personal account" from the drop-down menu (Fig. 2).

Your personal account page will open on the screen. Find the "Personal data" section and select "User management" (Fig. 3).

The "Enterprise structure" page will open on the screen, showing the diagram of the company's divisions/departments (in the "Company" block) and the list of users. Click the "Add user" button (Fig. 4).

In the window that opens, enter the new user's personal data, select access rights and department (if the enterprise structure is divided into divisions).

Please note! E-mail, full name and phone number will be indicated when the procedure will be published by this user.
In the case of selecting the item "Participant", it is necessary to additionally check "Available types of trades", to which this user will be admitted (Fig. 6). Unmarked types of trades will be available to the participant only for viewing.

At the end, click the "Add" button.
After that, the data and status of the new user can be viewed on the company structure page (the list is sorted alphabetically). If necessary, you can adjust the user profile. To do this, click on the three dots opposite its data and click "Adjust" (Fig. 7).
